Post A 15/6/1 and 12Sub
Here is a 15/6/1 and 12Sub that I built. The 15/6/1 has the JBL Wave Guide and both cabinets still need corners and grilles. I have another 12Sub that is finished in Line X, but no hardware or driver installed. I should have a 12/6/1 and a 15Sub done the end of next week or the first week of July.

Nice pair you have there. a very clean look! I am still hoping for the JBL waveguides but that hope is fading.

weird that those cabs look so good together... you'd expect it to have an unbalanced affect but it don't.

A 15Sub would look really good good sitting next to the 15/6/1!

But it would sound way better if it was sitting UNDER your 15/6/1.

True. But just as quiet in that particular headless, bassless lineup. ;)

Great! I was showing off the pics to the guys at the show last night.

I showed 'em other rigs too, and got asked if I was getting one of "those" too. BurningSkies, they were pointing at your Rastaburst Dingwall... I had to mumble "well, no. Not yet anyway". :( 8-)

Definitely looking forward to the 1212/6. And those other two are looking beautiful.

The 1212 should meet the needs of almost any gigging situation. my 15/6+sub rig is an exercise in sweet ridiculous overkill. For the record, so is that Dingwall.

On the Dingwall, you may be hard pressed to get anything too similar, so that should cool some of the pressure. It was ordered back before Sheldon tightened up his options list, and it has some features that are no longer available, and weren't really available at the time. Due to some other circumstances, the wood/finish/shape, etc., combination has been relegated to non-repeatable status for me, to guarantee uniqueness. And also to save Sheldon from pain-in-the-assness. I'm guessing that the Ass-pain surcharge fee would currently put the cost of a similar bass well out of the range of most buyers...it would be out of my price range these days.

In effect, I was in the right place at the right time to have a very cool bass, that also functions as a nice promo piece for Sheldon so people can get an idea of what he's capable of. Sort of in the category of the Brazil/Snotburst Z, and one or two other oddities.

Yep, that one is something else. If I did do a Dingy, the Super J might be a little more my speed. And boy, does that black/white one on the site have a firm grip on my eyeballs.

I'm definitely into sweet overkill. In fact, if I didn't have to occasionally haul my rig and kids at the same time, Ron might very well have pics of a 1515/66 to show off on his website, instead of a 1212/6.
