G'day
I'm originally a clarinetist and long time tuba and keyboard player.
After wanting to play electric bass for the last thirty years I finally got around to doing something about it a year ago.
I play 5 string in Church, so I'm interested in low notes.
My current bass rig is either an ancient Peavey KB300 (weighs 80lbs), or a BFM SLA pro stacked on top of a BFM tuba 30 slim with accompanying rack full of amps, mixer, drive rack etc.
I'm very interested in something small and light which can go low and needs nothing else beyond an amp head.
At the moment the fEarful 12/6 is looking pretty good.
Regards
Gerard
G'day Gerard, from a former Victorian (left Ballarat nearly 3 years ago, now in the 'Gong). Your 12/6 will sound pretty good, too! Where in Melbourne are you?
